NEXT Capital is a tokenized participatory fund: investors subscribe a single token, NXT, and the capital is deployed by a management team into a selection of high-potential startups.
One vehicle, one governance
The fund is structured in Luxembourg, the reference jurisdiction for alternative vehicles and securities on distributed ledgers. An investment committee selects files; an independent auditor certifies the accounts.
How capital works
Every NXT subscription feeds the fund's capital. Amounts are deployed in tranches into startups sourced through Y Combinator, our European networks, Luxembourg, Miami and our internal deals.
What you hold
Your NXT represent your share of the fund. Quarterly reporting, periodic valuation and the ledger of your movements are available from your account.
What you risk
Total loss of the invested capital, several years of illiquidity and valuations that fail to materialise. These risks are inherent to venture capital.

Structuring fee
Charged once per subscription, depending on your membership level.

Management fee
Charged to the vehicle, over 5 to 10 years depending on the startup profile.

Only if you realise a profit on exit. We only earn when you earn.
